Tool Radius Check 

The Tool Radius Check (TRC) is a set of products for characterization and/or of the cutting edge of precision tools.

The core of the TRC products are algorithms to very precisely measure the shape of the cutting edge of precision tools. The algorithms can deal with the blurry pictures of high-magnification microscopy images.

• TRC system: Includes a PC with the TRC software installed, a high resolution C-Mount camera and optionally a microscope
• TRC software: TRC software with a C-Mount camera
• TRCOnLine system: A system for precise aligning tools on CNC machines
